MONTREAL — September 10, 2025 – Jimmy John’s is officially in Canada, and it’s not slowing down. The U.S. sandwich chain, famous for its lightning-fast service, has opened a new location at Fallsview Casino in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
This new spot is the first of 12 more stores planned to open across the country by the end of 2025. The expansion will bring Jimmy John’s to new cities, including Winnipeg, Ottawa, and Toronto.
“We are thrilled to finally bring the Jimmy John’s experience to more Canadians,” said Peter Mammas, CEO of Foodtastic, the company leading the Canadian franchise. “This is the start of a major rollout, and we can’t wait to see what’s next.”
A grand opening celebration is scheduled for later this month.
