Health professionals stress that cancer prevention doesn’t necessitate drastic changes; rather, small, consistent lifestyle improvements can make a significant difference. Quitting smoking, reducing processed foods and alcohol, staying active, protecting skin from sun exposure, and ensuring proper sleep are recommended strategies.
